Repair of reinforced concrete structures at Deep Storage Facility I building

Repair of reinforced concrete structures at the Deep Storage Facility I building was carried out. Repairs also included the weighing room, steel installation hatches and the DSF I building emergency exits. Repair of escape stairs located at the outer storage facility within the building DSF I. Repair of stairs and vacuum cleaner platform was carried out at the weighing house building. Mechanical removal of degraded concrete layers from the building, tunnel and weighing room reinforced concrete structures. Blasting of repaired areas, including the tunnel and weighing room and injection of cracks were carried out. Steel rebars were added; the corrosion inhibitor treatment, including the tunnel was applied. Full-surface painting by corrosion inhibitor, including the tunnel and weighing room was carried out. Inspection tests, which included the tunnel and weighing room, were carried out. Repair of the railway yard in the 1st rail track area above the tunnel. Removal and installation of doors, windows and stairs were carried out. All painting of steel structures was done using the Hempel coating system. LOMANCO ventilation turbines were installed in the steel section. Ecological disposal of generated waste was duly carried out.
